The holidays are nearly here and Christmas baking is in full swing. Here’s one of my favourite sweet treats that’s not loaded with refined sugars or white flour, but is still delicious! And it’s easy and quick to make.
1 ½ cup carob chips
1/3 cup almond butter
2 cups whole almonds
Melt ingredients together in microwave or double boiler. Pour into well greased 8×8 inch pan. Put in refrigerator to harden for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and keep cool.
